I am an interdisciplinary artist creating unconventional drawings and sculptures that delve into the innate horrors of the human body. My art features gross, uncomfortable, and disorienting imagery that ties back to my identity as a trans woman, presenting an unapologetically individualistic and trans-centric perspective on my own humanity. Through figurative drawings that distort representation and sculptures that approach the uncanny, my work engages viewers directly and fearlessly confronts their perceptions. I strive to capture the inherent dissociation and discomfort of being a human body, encouraging those less familiar with these feelings to examine their own discomforts.
